Back in 2005, we did a trip to Blakely Rock at low tide, with Chuck & Margie on s/v Dream Catcher, and granddaughters Megan and Charleigh. Check out those old pics from 2005 on Whisper out beloved 1972 C&C 27 here.
Last year we did the CYC Blakely Rock trip with Michael, Kathleen's grandson, so we knew what to expect, we thought. Those pics are here for comparison.
This year we didn't have any kids aboard, and we sure missed them, there were so many more shellfish and so few starfish, it was a real surprise! The nice sculpture as stolen, and a squall came up just as we got back to the boat, always an interesting local trip.
