Yea! What a fine Monday night, STYC race on Chris's C&C 34 Carmanah! Starting in the middle of the line, we made it to the North Meadow Point buoy, close to the Ericson 39. We were soon dodging the tugs and barges, and passed by the spinnaker fleet on the way down to West Point. Back to Meadow Point, we rounded just ahead of Outlaw, and got to see Cindy take care of the foredeck. Great job, likely the reason they are first in their class! Then back down to West Point where Tantivy, starting way later, rounded inside us. Sputnik went out, we tacked in and Celtic Breeze powered by, close to leeward, just before the finish. Blue Lullaby is a good sailor, and corrected out 20 seconds ahead of us – so close! What a fine crew and great evening! Hope you enjoy the pics. . .
