Sarah and Zach stepped up with an offer on the Bavaria 42, and Wayne came up for the survey. They went through the boat, and Wayne and I tried to answer all the questions we could. We hauled out at 1pm and there was an interesting slime on the hull, but we didn't have to pressure wash - thanks Wayne. After all the banging, we went out for a nice test sail. What a good time! We did a few tacks, sailed up wind, reached out for more wind and sailed back downwind, sweet. The auto pilot worked, and the older technical sails, with many panels, looked good and powered the boat over 6 knots. We even discovered the stored black "day shapes", an obscure USCG requirement, never found at survey before, which made Wayne very happy! Thanks all!
