It's been a dark Winter, no real snow, just less sunlight. Kathleen needed a break, and had enough WorldMark points, for a week at Birch Bay. What a treat! The bed was huge - probably more square footage, than our stand-up headroom on the boat! There were more TV's than we could watch, a kitchen with 4-burners and a working oven for another pecan pie-yea! The Wifi was faster, and I was even able to put together a little boat deal. We had room to invite family, so Michelle, Sami, and Scott came up briefly. We walked, slept in, read, explored and of course, I shot a few fun shots, some with fog, or even sodium light. We had a good ride home, via Chuckanut drive, with stormy light, snow geese, and curious cows - good times! Thanks! (Click on a image below for a larger image "slide show" - arrow keys work well.)
