41' Ericson Survey

The Ericson 41's, are a strong, good sailing, comfortable design with a cult-like following, and I've had inquiries from all over on this boat. Magic is a well equipped and loved boat. Sadly, the owner had to move out of town, and cosmetic issues deferred most of the shoppers. Wayne Gilham and Garrett Polehonka did this very through survey, with the haul-out at Seaview. Retiring and resourceful, Wayne was eager to be closer to family out here, and sail in salt water. He's scored a sweet boat, one he will enjoy for years - what a delight!
