Jim called, wondering what was up with his furling genoa. He had had strange things happening hoisting the sail, and we couldn't even pull it down, argh! I had my light harness and a little webbing and Jim cranked me up the mast. Look there's a shackle wedged into the furler - no wonder you are having issues. It took a couple tools to remove, and a little SailKote on the way down, and then the sail came down like it was suppose too. Course I had to take a few misc. shots up there.
