Here's pics from our casual family Christmas dinner. With menu choices from Iran to Hawaii, it was a wonderful eclectic potluck and fun afternoon. Scott cleaned, dressed the house, and kept the fire going. Sami brought Chinese take-out and the dogs; Cleo, Roscoe and Simba. Kathleen's daughter Jill arrived early with veggies, garden and Costo persimmons, and socks of course. Jill and John made it and settled on the sofa. Kathleen made several desserts; a Hawaiian Butter Mochi, a Chocolate Haupia Bars, and a Pineapple Crunch. My sister Lane did a quick drop in, and Michelle arrived with the Iranian rice and meat dishes. With a interesting blend of multicultural foods, no turkey was killed for this dinner. What a fine, fun afternoon and evening. Thanks for the chance to find pics in the mix. It was good to see all of you. Thanks, thank you all!
