Everett / Monroe
Every family birthday is a good excuse for a get-together, often a shared ethnic meal or potluck dinner. This year an afternoon lunch in south Everett was the most convenient, and tested by Michell and Sami, so you know the food was good. While low light, the restaurant was colorful and I had to try for a few shots. Michael even called from Montana to join the fun.
Later Kathleen and I got the Monroe grounds tour where Jill lives and saves plants. She has quite a variety of plants, and even Persimmons. Somewhat isolated at the top of the hill, the property backs to forest lands, with deer and birds common visitors at their pond. I never know what cars or trucks I will find, and Jill asked for a pic of Brutus. Yes, that crushed rock is important. It's always fun to laugh with Jill, though she's hard to keep in focus, and blurs a bit. . . These pics are good practice and therapy for me! Thanks All!
