Anacortes, WA
Well, that was one of the wettest surveys ever! Local Anacortes sailors, Sommer and Rob saw the Ericson at the spring boat show and jumped on it, disappointing the slow shoppers. Steve Berg came up from Gig Harbor and did the survey with associate Neil. We hauled in the Fidalgo Marina, at the Seattle Yachts South Yard, with pressure washing in the rain. Once back in the water we did the engine test, not the run up to speed test, first I had to start the engine. Maybe I got the key turn/start button order screwed up. Steve jumped the solenoid, and the diesel started right up. Then, we did the RPM test and had a short sail. As usual, I look for shots of the boat, crew, misc details, and location shots, and appreciate the happy grins! Please enjoy these snapshots - these pics are therapy for me, and it's always a fun to be with out on another good boat, with a delightful crew. Thanks all!
