Back in 2008, Kathleen and I sailed to Hilo with Barbara, Jim, and their granddaughter Abby. Barbara and Jim lived and worked in Australia for about eight years. In 2017, they they carried on sailing, up through Palau and Malaysia. I think they re-rigged in Thailand, crossed the Indian Ocean, sailed up through the Red Sea during covid, and hung out in Cypress. While they have been sailing West in the Mediterranean, we have often been housesitting for them. Back in Seattle after an extensive family road trip, they invited us over for another good cruiser dinner. Barbara just likes to entertain, and Vic their neighbor joined us for a nice dinner and fun evening. I brought the little X-E2 camera, that has been a bit neglected, and tried for shots of everyone, and the chair shadow for Jim - "What do you see?" Thanks all!
