Puget Sound
Here's pics from two delightful days sailing on Simplicity, our 1974 C & C 35-II. My sailing buddy Gary was back in town and eager to sail. Back in the 2000's we raced on a variety of boats, often on Wednesday evenings, The Oregon Offshore and Swiftsure races. Gary is always "good", gracious, and brings treats. This time he finished with homemade fig-topped goat cheese on crackers. I wrangled my usual crew, Sarah & Dave who've done deliveries from Bremerton to Anacortes, and down to Tacoma with me. They're always delightful, eager learners, and push me to develop new adventures, wind & waves, to up their experience levels. Hum, I must have hogged the helm, - no pics in Blakely Harbour. Judy used to sail in the 80's and by the mid 2000's was racing on Rubicon, a boat always ahead of us! She's sailed to Australia, and is helping Steve who's circumnavigated and working his way home now. She just needed a day on the water - don't we all! Thanks folks!
