Wow what a fine good peaceful protest! I haven't seen this kind of energy, smiles, thoughtfulness and clever signs since the Womens March in 2017! House-sitting for cruising friends on Bainbridge, I knew I wanted to attend and take pics. I parked up at the City Hall, and wandered down to the Waypoint Park starting point. It was fun seeing all the folks arriving with their signs. Around the corner I found a high vantage point, but it turned out most everyone went down Winslow Way E. to the other end of town. The stream of people then turned down Madison and Bjune Dr SE where I spotted the two Teslas trapped by peaceful protesters. We all scattered around the Waterfront Park to hear impressive speakers Clarence Moriwaki and Rakesh Bharania (USAID). It was quite a crowd - I couldn't hear the singers, but it was good to see signs of so many different issues. It's so good to be together on this inspiring day! Thanks all!
